EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At GLAMDUSK, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We understand that sometimes your purchase might not be exactly what you expected and that’s perfectly okay! Our team is here to assist you every step of the way to make your exchange or return experience smooth and simple.

Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange for any product purchased online (excluding fragrances) within 30 days of delivery. The customer must present a valid proof of purchase such as an invoice or order confirmation email.

Please note that sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase includes one of the following:

  • The original purchase receipt, or
  • The order confirmation email from GLAMDUSK.

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • A valid invoice must be provided.
  • Exchanges are allowed only if the product received is defective, incorrect, or in the wrong size.

Products packed in boxes must be returned in their original packaging.

Online Exchange Process

To initiate an online exchange:

  1. Email our customer support team at support@glamdusk.com or call us at +92 300 1234567.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for exchange.
  3. Once verified, our representative will schedule a pick-up from your doorstep.

It generally takes 7–10 business days to complete the exchange process after verification.
For in-store exchanges, please bring the original invoice along with the tagged item.

Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, please review the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, with all tags intact and in original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email) is required.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product received is defective or incorrect.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer care team via support@glamdusk.com or call +92 300 1234567 to initiate a return.
  2. We’ll arrange the collection of your item(s) from your address.
  3. Once your return is received and verified, we’ll issue a credit voucher equal to the item’s value.
    • The credit voucher can be used for future online purchases at GLAMDUSK.
